An optimist by nature (though it takes work)!

Thanks for the article. I would love to be able to pause and slow down. Obama is awesome at that.
You missed a good meeting on Monday. We had 3 Ice Breakers and I did my 3rd speech. It's starting to get easier for me, but I'm still nervous.
