David, I tried printing a competent leadership manual tracking form, but mine looks so different than yours. I don't know what I did wrong. I will bring my sheet next week. Would you have a few minutes to help me with this?

Welcome back! And thanks for the kind words. Sorry you're having trouble with this form. I've been experimenting with this stuff, so I'm not surprised that the kinks are completely ironed out. I'm going to email an excel version to you.
